How much will I earn?

Your salary will depend on your performance, but on an estimate, you can earn from AED 20,000- AED 100,000 monthly. We offer each of our members the opportunity to earn limitless amounts of tax-free money for individuals who are persisting in an incentive-driven environment.

What do you look for in a job applicant?

We are looking for individuals who have excellent work ethics, strong interpersonal skills and a team player. It takes a lot of courage to work in the real estate industry, that being said, we need agents who have drive and ambition.

Do I need to know Dubai inside out?

It would be an advantage, but it is not necessary. Most of our team members learned the key areas of Dubai through past experiences. We are more than willing to help you in the areas that you are not yet familiar with.

Is there room for growth within the company?

Springfield Real Estate has grown significantly through the years and will continue to thrive to be the market leader in Dubai. That being said, our company provides a lot of opportunity for growth in a variety of areas within the company.

What is the typical interview process?

Your CV will be short-listed by our HR based upon the criteria set out for ideal candidates.

Phone Screening – Generally an informal phone call which can last anywhere from 10-45 minutes, which is really a ‘get-to know-you’ phone call. Afterwards, the HR will be scheduling your First Interview

Interview – With the CEO or Managing Director of the company will focus on your experience and the skills you have developed in your previous roles/companies. If you pass this interview, our HR will send you a draft of your offer letter via Email.

Formality Meeting – We will schedule a formality meeting with the CEO or Managing director to finalize and sign your offer letter and discuss formalities about your work. Afterwards, we will be introducing you to the team prior to your official date of joining.

What documents are required for a visa?

At the time of joining, we will immediately process your visa once you provide us the following requirements:

  • Copy of the passport along with the visit visa stamped page (the passport has to be valid for atleast 6 months)
  • 10 passport-sized head-shot photographs on a white background
  • Copy of Visa and Labour Contract Cancellations (for those on residence visas)
  • Bachelor’s Degree attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE.

Is there a probation period, and what is the term?

There will a required 3-months probation period and may be extended for an additional 3 months depending on your performance.

Will training be provided when I first join?

We will provide an intensive 1-month training and integration program with our best agents. The training process will make certain that your knowledge is aligned with the strategies and values that we are doing.
