Your CV will be short-listed by our HR based upon the criteria set out for ideal candidates. Phone Screening - Generally an informal phone call which can last anywhere from 10-20 minutes, which is really a 'get-to know-you' phone call. Afterwards, the HR will be scheduling your Interview. Interview - With the CEO or Directors of the company. The interview will focus on your experience and the skills you have developed in your previous roles/companies. If you pass this interview, our HR will send you a draft offer letter via Email. Formality Meeting – We will schedule a formality meeting with the CEO or Directors to finalize and sign your offer letter and discuss formalities about your work. Afterwards, we will be introducing you to the team prior to your official date of joining.
We will provide an intensive 1-month training and integration program with our best agents. The training process will make certain that your knowledge is aligned with the values and strategy of the company.
