Telesales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team!
The ideal candidate requires an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and market goals to be able to keep up in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Prospecting and qualifying lead from cold calls.
- Reaching out to potential clients in the UAE and other locations to increase sales.
- Following up with potential customers to facilitate sales.
- Effectively understand the client's requirements.
- Keeping track of all attempts to close sales, both successful and unsuccessful.
- Handling grievances in a manner that preserves the company's reputation.
- Making 200 phone calls per day as a daily target.
- Improve the quality of customer service for existing & prospective customers.
Skills:
- Prior experience working as a Telesales Executive or in sales/customer service.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals by phone.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Requirement:
- At least 2 years experience working in a similar role.
