A sum of 1,617 land and properties exchanges were esteemed at Dh5.4 billion during the week finishing July 29, 2021, as indicated by Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD week-by-week report said 88 plots were sold for Dh620.22 million, 1,135 condos, and estates were sold for Dh2.27 billion.
The main three exchanges were land in Island 2 sold for Dh121 million, trailed by a land that was sold for Dh50.27 million in Palm Deira, and land sold for Dh121 million in Island 2 in the third spot.
Nad Al Shiba First recorded the most exchanges during the current week by 19 deals exchanges worth Dh66.09 million, trailed by Hadaeq Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid with nine deals exchanges worth Dh132.16 million, and Jumeirah First with nine deals exchanges worth Dh62 million in the third spot.
The main three exchanges for condos and estates were a loft was sold for Dh405 million in Marsa Dubai, a condo was second in the rundown sold for Dh246 million in Business Bay, and thirdly it was a condo sold for Dh228 million in Palm Jumeirah.
The amount of the measure of sold properties for the week was Dh3 billion, with the most elevated being land in Al Wasl, sold for Dh1 billion.
Also, 24 properties were conceded between first-degree family members worth Dh73 million.
