With an amount of 1,944 exchanges, the land and properties exchanges in Dubai were esteemed at Dh7.2 billion altogether during the week finishing September 9, 2021, as per the week after week report gave by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) on Thursday.
An aggregate of 111 plots was sold for Dh486.58 million, while 1,371 lofts and estates were sold for Dh2.73 billion.
The best three exchanges were land in Island 2 sold for Dh59 million, trailed by a land that was sold for Dh51 million in Island 2, and land sold for Dh59 million in Island 2 in the third spot.
Al Hebiah Third recorded the most exchanges during the current week by 28 deals exchanges worth Dh70.99 million, trailed by Al Yufrah 3 with 22 deals exchanges worth Dh23.32 million, and Saih Shuaib 1 with eight deals exchanges worth Dh8 million in the third spot.
The main three exchanges for lofts and estates were a condo was sold for Dh395 million in Business Bay, a condo was second in the rundown sold for Dh200 million in Marsa Dubai, and thirdly it was a condo sold for Dh183 million in Burj Khalifa.
The amount of the measure of sold properties for the week was Dh3 billion, with the most noteworthy being land in Al Raffa, sold for Dh420 million. Moreover, 73 properties were allowed between first-degree family members worth Dh827 million.
