A sum of 1,667 land and properties exchanges were esteemed at Dh9.4 billion altogether during the week finishing September 2, 2021, as per Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD week-by-week report said 146 plots were sold for Dh2.26 billion, 1,080 lofts and manors were sold for Dh2.25 billion.
The main three exchanges were land in Marsa Dubai sold for Dh658.5 million, trailed by a land that was sold for Dh325 million in Al Murqabat, and land sold for D.658.5 million in Marsa Dubai in the third spot.
Jabal Ali First recorded the most exchanges during the current week by 40 deals exchanges worth Dh89.57 million, trailed by Ras Al Khor with 30 deals exchanges worth Dh688.63 million, and Wadi Al Safa 5 with 14 deals exchanges worth Dh68 million in the third spot.
The main three exchanges for lofts and estates were a condo was sold for Dh230 million in Marsa Dubai, a loft was second in the rundown sold for Dh198 million in Burj Khalifa, and thirdly it was a condo sold for Dh165 million in Business Bay.
The amount of the measure of sold properties for the week was Dh4 billion, with the most elevated being land in Al Kheeran, sold for Dh2 billion. Additionally, 61 properties were allowed between first-degree family members worth Dh469 million.
