Dubai developer Alpago will have just one apartment to a floor at new Palm project
Dubai: Dubai-based engineer Alpago Group has named Foster + to plan its most up-to-date super-extravagance 'Palm Flower' project on the Palm. Situated at West Beach, there will be just 10 units at the Palm Flower, with one condo to a story.
The units envelop between 9,000 to 18,300 square feet and highlight a sweeping twofold stature living space. Every unit will have its own infinity-edge pool and wraparound garden porch. The properties are valued between Dh60 million to Dh200 million.

English engineering firm, Foster + Partners - referred to for constructions like The Gherkin in London, Apple Tower Theater in Los Angeles, the Hong Kong International Airport, and Alif – The Mobility Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai – will do the plan.
