Dubai records property transactions worth Dh11.18 billion in July

Dubai: July 2021 had 4,384 exchanges worth Dh11.18 billion in Dubai, making it the best July on record in the previous 12 years, as indicated by information from Property Finder. 

This carries the year to date complete to 31,757 deals exchanges worth Dh73.15 billion. In only 7 months, the worth of land deals exchanges has outperformed 2020 overall.
