Dubai: Sharjah engineer Arada recorded property deals of Dh1.15 billion in the initial half-year of 2021, a sharp 85 percent expansion from a similar period last year. The engineer sold 1,173 homes during this period, reflecting the turnaround the emirate's general land area has been recording.
Sharjah's land deals were up 41%, as indicated by new information from Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department.
