UAE: Now, investors can get eNOC to sell property in Dubai

Property financial backers in Dubai will presently don't need to go to an engineer's office and apply for a no protest testament (NOC) to sell their property.

All things considered, they would now be able to get NOC electronically with a tick of a catch.

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) specialists have reported that financial backers hoping to sell their property can apply for a NOC through its Dubai REST portable (application), as a feature of the emirate's technique to go paperless before the current year's over.

"As a feature of the DLD's constant excursion to digitalize its administrations, in accordance with the Dubai Paperless Strategy and to solidify Dubai's situation as the world's headland objective just as a dictum for advancement, trust, and joy, the DLD dispatched the electronic no complaint testaments (eNOC) through its Dubai REST application, discrediting the requirement for property merchants to need to apply for NOC through an engineer's office," the DLD said.

Expanded digitalization of administrations by the DLD and improving opinion about the neighborhood property market helped property deal exchanges to an 11-year high in the principal quarter of 2021.

Dubai recorded deals of more than 6,000 prepared homes worth Dh13.5 billion and 3,600 off arrangement properties worth Dh5 billion during the January-March 2021 period, as per the land consultancy, ValuStrat.

"This advancement lines up with DLD's central goal to guarantee that administrations are created and redesigned in a way that would stress client satisfaction and solace just as make an imaginative and maintainable land climate that would advance Dubai as the world's most joyful city through brilliant administrations, proficient human and monetary assets, and coordinated land enactment," the DLD added.
